What are the shipping and handling rates?
Sunset Enterprises Ltd. automatically computes and displays
shipping and handling charges at checkout time after shipping
destination information has been entered. For each order placed,
we charge a flat per order rate based on the total order amount.

Shipping Times and Method
- Most of our orders are shipped within 24-48 hours via U.S. First
Class Mail and US Priority Mail.
Large orders (over 85 packages of putty) are shipped via UPS.
If you require faster delivery service, please call our office at
(800) 230-3239 to place your order.
- Please note our warehouse does not ship on weekends and we do not
offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.
- Tracking information will be provided if your order is shipped
via UPS, usually within 24
hours of shipment.
- Please allow for extra delivery time. Delivery to a residence
anywhere in the contiguous 48 states can take 7 to 14 business days.
- You must provide us with a valid phone number when placing your
order, in the event a problem arises with your order.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to addresses in the United States, Canada & Mexico. If
you wish to place an International Order from any other country, please email us your order
information and we will email you a quotation, including shipping
costs within 48 hours. Please include the bill to address, ship
to address, the products you wish to order and the quantity desired.

Order Tracking
Has my order shipped?
Most orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours. If there is a problem with
your order, you will be contacted.
Can I track my order?
All orders under $300.00 are shipped via the US Post Office and they
do not provide tracking information. Larger orders will be shipped via
UPS and a tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of
shipment.
My order never arrived?
If you have received a tracking number and your order never arrived
in accordance to the shipping carrier's estimated delivery date,
please contact us at
support@gotputty.com and we will assist you in locating your
order.
An item is missing from my order?
If you believe that an item is missing from your shipment, contact us immediately at
support@gotputty.com.
I received the wrong product.
If you have received the wrong product, please contact us
immediately at
support@gotputty.com for replacement procedures.
Billing & Payment
What payment methods do you offer? 
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
- Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and
telephone number, which is the address and phone number your credit card
company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay
in processing your order.
- We never bill for credit card service fees.
- You can be confident that your personal and account information
is secure at Sunset Enterprises Ltd. We employ the latest 128-bit
encryption technology in all parts of our site that require any
personal information and use Verisign as our processing gateway.
When will my credit card be charged?
Sunset Enterprises Ltd. will bill you on the same day your order is
processed.
How do I use a coupon?
If available, to redeem a coupon, paste or type the coupon
code in the "Coupon Code" box located on the checkout page. You will
need to click the "Update Cart" button for the coupon to take effect.
Some coupons have certain restrictions. Please look at the web page
with the coupon for more information.
- Some offers are available to new customers only.
- A minimum purchase, not including shipping and tax, of the
amount of the coupon required.
- Coupons are not valid with any other coupon, shipping offer or
promotion.
- Most offers have expiration dates, stated on the web page with
the coupon.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will be charged for orders shipped to California
addresses only. Sales Tax is based on the county code derived from
your zip code. Sales Tax will automatically be computed at
time of checkout on the product total. Sales tax is not charged on
shipping charges.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
Immediately after submitting your order, we display your
invoice/receipt. Please print this invoice/receipt out for your
records. In addition, we also e-mail you a copy of
your invoice/receipt after your online order is placed. If you need a copy of your invoice/receipt, please contact us at
