On line orders:
Sunset Enterprises Ltd. reserves the right to review all orders, at
which point we may accept or decline any order for any reason,
regardless of any confirmation receipt sent to the customer. We do
our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. While there can
be no guarantee, most in-stock orders placed by 2:00 p.m. PST will
ship the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. or on
weekends or holidays are usually entered into our system on the next business day
and then ship one business day later. Cancellations can be made
on any order that has NOT shipped, except for special order
purchases. Sunset Enterprises Ltd. is also NOT responsible for
cancellation requests made after the product has shipped.
Shipping:
Sunset Enterprises Ltd. retains ownership of all products until the
point of payment has been received and product delivered, at which
time ownership is given to the said customer. Shipping and handling charges are
applied to orders irrelevant to weight, size and destination of
shipment. Due to the complexity and high cost of exporting products,
Sunset Enterprises Ltd. does not automatically ship to international
destinations when an international order is received. International
orders received will be handled on a case by case basis. In all cases, Sunset Enterprises
Ltd. reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier.
Freight Policy:
Our product availability is subject to change due to our high volume
of sales. Please allow 7 - 14 business days for your order to arrive. If a
product is not in stock you will receive an email within 3 business
days advising you of the estimated shipment date. If you need status
sooner please feel free to call our Customer Service line between
the hours of 9am and 5pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through
Friday.

easy and efficient, provided certain guidelines are followed. Please

business with us. With regards to typographical errors or errors in pricing
or shipping costs, we
reserve the right to refuse to sell a product to a customer at a
price on our site that may be priced wrong or calculated incorrectly.

either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness
for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by Sunset Enterprises Ltd.
in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.
Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the sellers
until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title
passes to the purchaser.
